Carol is a Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor! Yoga Nidra is touted as the “Yoga of Sleep.” This meditation is relaxing and rejuvenating; a “spring cleaning” for the heart and mind. We use a simple process to distill our heart’s deepest desires into an intention - your individual “mission statement” that serves to guide you in your life and interactions with loved ones and others. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that allows us to effortlessly enter deep levels of meditation and plant the seed of our intention.
